MIDI Pony

How it works

MIDI Pony receives and transmits MIDI data, receives analog signals, and converts all of these signals in various ways to create control signals. This module is useful for connecting a synthesizer system to someone else’s device, e.g., someone playing a drum machine sending a MIDI clock signal out.

MIDI Pony also has a 1/4″ phone jack for connecting a guitar in, and has an amplifier stage to convert the small guitar signal to 0 – 10 V square wave gates for control or audio.
